A sustainable, innovative pepper category
Heleen van Bergman-Wassenaar, Marketing Specialist Peppers at Bergman Seeds, will speak at the Future Lab on the second day of Fruit Logistica. She will outline the huge potential of the pepper category in terms of genetic diversity, taste variations and branding. She will also update attendees on what is going on in relation to sustainability and organic production in this category. Drawing on her marketing experience, and using examples such as the award-winning flavourful snack-size pepper Tatayoyo, Heleen will provide inspiration for the pepper category to become just as innovative as the tomato category has been over the past 20 years.
